TDP
TDP is the amount of heat in watts a cooler must dissipate to keep a processor at its base clock under a sustained standard workload.

Not measurable from a browser
A browser cannot read temperatures, power draw, fan speed, VRAM capacity, clock frequency or native FLOPS. For a direct reading use a native monitor such as HWiNFO64, GPU-Z or lm-sensors. SystemCheck contributes the other half: whether the condition is costing you throughput, measured as decay and consistency.
TDP is a cooling specification, not a power-consumption measurement. It tells a system builder how much heat the heatsink must move. It is defined at base clock, so a chip in boost can and routinely does draw far more than its TDP figure. A 125 W part pulling 250 W during a short boost window is normal behaviour, not a fault.
The number is also not comparable across vendors. Intel publishes Processor Base Power alongside Maximum Turbo Power, and AMD's TDP relates to its own socket power model rather than to actual package draw. Reading an AMD 105 W and an Intel 125 W as "similar heat output" produces a badly sized cooler.
For diagnosis, TDP matters mostly as a sanity check on the cooler. If a 65 W chip is throttling hard in a case with a large tower cooler, the problem is not cooling capacity. Look at case airflow, thermal paste contact, or an OEM-imposed power limit instead. A browser cannot read package power, so use HWiNFO64 or Ryzen Master to see what your chip is actually drawing.
