1. The service
SystemCheck runs a four-stage measurement in your browser and presents the result. The free benchmark is available without an account. A Every measured figure is shown free. A report unlock adds the explanation: the likely cause of the curve, how to do each fix step, a prescription for each finding, the retest target, and a permanent link for that run.
2. One-time unlock, no subscription
Report unlocks are one-time purchases. Buying a report unlocks that one report. It is not a subscription: there is no recurring charge, no auto-renewal, and nothing to cancel. You are billed once for what you choose to buy.
3. Acceptable use
- Run it on hardware you control. Use SystemCheck to measure systems you own or are authorized to test, not to attack or overload devices that are not yours.
- Do not resell or scrape. Do not resell access, redistribute paid report content as your own, or scrape the service in a way that degrades it for others.
- Do not circumvent unlocks. Do not attempt to bypass the paywall, tamper with pricing, or otherwise access paid features without paying for them.
- Do not misrepresent results. A SystemCheck report is a browser-level measurement. Do not present it as a certified hardware inspection or manufacturer guarantee.
4. Measurement is provided as-is
SystemCheck measures behavior a browser can observe and reports it faithfully, but the service and every result are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Browsers cannot read temperatures, VRAM, package power, or native clock speeds, so results are directional evidence for diagnosis, not an absolute or certified measurement. 5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SystemCheck and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on a result, including decisions made about hardware, purchases, or repairs. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question. A report is a starting point for investigation, not a substitute for professional hardware diagnostics.
6. Refunds
If a paid report finds no fixable issue with your system, you are entitled to a full refund. The details are on the refund page.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the product evolves, the current version always lives at this address. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City], India. The specific seat of jurisdiction will be finalized before commercial launch.
