Hardware measurement that runs in a browser tab, so anyone can see how their machine behaves under load without installing anything or trusting a spec sheet.

The product is for PC builders validating a new system, enthusiasts checking a cooling or driver change, and anyone who wants a repeatable baseline.

What we measure

The main benchmark runs three consecutive workloads: parallel Web Workers measure CPU throughput, stability, and decay across a sustained multi-core load; a lit 3D scene rendered at a fixed 1600 by 900 measures frame rate, frame pacing and decay; and a path tracer measures samples per second and delivery consistency. Saved reports combine measured decay, throughput, consistency, backend, and validity signals.

In one paragraph

SystemCheck is a free stress test for desktop and laptop PCs that runs entirely in the browser. It holds the processor and the graphics card under a steady, fixed workload, samples throughput the whole time, and reports whether performance held, slid or stepped down. The answer comes first, in plain words; the figures behind it sit underneath, each with the method that produced it.

How a run works

The standard run lasts three minutes on every machine, across four stages. The deep run lasts 9 minutes across eight stages and adds a longer CPU hold, the GPU pass looped, CPU and GPU together, and a hot re-test. The length is fixed rather than adaptive so two runs on the same machine, or a run before and after a change, compare like for like. What a browser cannot see

A web page cannot read temperatures, fan speeds, clock speeds, power draw or the name of the processor. SystemCheck therefore never claims a cause it did not observe. It reports what throughput did over time, says which explanations fit that shape, and labels the report with the processor you choose from the catalogue. The disclaimer lists these limits in full, and the privacy page explains what leaves your machine, which by default is nothing.
