Consistency score
A consistency score summarises how evenly a system delivers performance across a run, separating steady machines from ones that are fast on average but erratic.

Part of the four-stage run: a 60-second sustained CPU load reporting throughput, decay and consistency; a memory stage reporting bandwidth and latency; a calibrated GPU raster load reporting frame time, pacing and decay; and a path tracer reporting samples per second. Two machines can post the same average throughput while behaving completely differently: one holds a steady rate, the other alternates bursts and stalls. A consistency figure is derived from the spread of measured intervals or throughput samples, so it captures that difference in one number.
Low consistency on a fixed workload always has a cause, and it is usually one of four: thermal or power throttling cycling the clock up and down, background processes stealing cores or GPU time, driver-level hitching, or a storage or memory bottleneck introducing stalls. It is a symptom worth chasing because it is what users actually feel.
SystemCheck reports consistency for the three sustained stages: CPU throughput, GPU raster frame pacing, and path-tracing sample delivery. Because the workloads are fixed, a poor consistency figure points at your system state rather than at varying work. Closing background applications and re-running is the fastest first diagnostic.
